Star ratings don't reflect the game. Even bad player can have a good game and good player a bad one. Star ratings reflects overall quality of the player. But it is influenced by the showing in the particular game - at least I believe so.

Boxscore is a good lead to find out an actual height of some attributes (FT, handling, passing, rebounding, blocking, JS/JR) however I don't how accurate it could be because it is a guess based on one game.

Moreover - you can't really see defense in the boxscore. I would be easily convinced that the difference between the numbers in boxscore and the rating reflects defensive abilities (OD or ID or both) to some level.

Maybe someone more experienced could correct me?

It is. Bad passing leads to way more turnovers than bad handling.

Atleast thats my observation.

I would love to hear from the experiance of managers who participated in a draft or two.

A. Is te letters' grading system accurate? Does the grade after two observations (A+ / A-/ C+. etc.) reflects accurately the abilities of the player?

B. How reliable is the star ranking for grading the plaers? Should the letters grading be treated as a fine-tuning process, (to distinguish the A+ from the A- ), or should the ranking without the letters be considered as more plausible to be wrong? And if so - from your experience - how much more?

C. How accurate is the potential projection? Can a player with 2 stars for potential prove eventually to be a superstar potential, or vice versa?

To sum it up - What information can I safely rely on, if at all?
