Yesterday I had the exact same situation as you. Record 20-2 in RS, PO final, good cup run, large won in last Tv game, but i lost against my rival by 6 points (only 2 balls for that). And the total was 3.5 balls (avarage was above 4).
So I was also assuming that the game against the rival was too important.

After the victory in game 1, today I have similar ratings for the single items, but the total is 4.5 balls. Maybe it was just random then.

My TV rating changed from 5 to 2 in one day. Yesterday play-off game was not a TV game. How could it happen ?

All play-off games are TV games. So they all influence your TV rating.

I wouldn't take the fan survey to serious if I were you. It's more of a rough outline of how things are going with your team.

I do agree!
My team won and kicked out last year's winner of the Norwegian Tournament in the first run. It was a surprising, and close to a bombshell! The fans that my PR-Manager asked, gave the match three stars! The rest of us celebrated the whole night through.
