what i want to know is dose the training is the same as any other week or like when you just open your team and you get a full train for the positions you trained dosent matter if thy pass the 48 mints or not?

This week is the same as any other for all training except Game Shape - whether you train GS or not, everyone will still be respectable(7) come saturday's first league match. Hope that answers your question.
