It will increase his salary, but not that much as Jump Range, for example...

And also Shot Blocking.. these both skills to my opinion, influence the most on the salary after the main skills to any position .
But I would like to hear more opinions and more detailed answers .

Personally, I don't think a PF can change to C. There was a push a couple of seasons ago by the BBs to get more PFs in the game, and a lot of Cs that were borderline C/PF (ie they had some sort of decent JS or something similar) were just made PF. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I've never seen it change the other way round.

Bevzil is right, for each position there are more important skills that will increase salary more than others. Personally I still use the newbie thread (3944.3) as a guide to which skills will push salaries higher than others, but some managers rate some skills differently to this in terms of actual usefulness, eg I rate H, P and OD equally for PGs but according to the newbie thread OD is secondary skill.

i've had a player go from PF to C. though to be fair he was a center at the time the BB's made that push. so basically he went from C to PF to C in about a couple of weeks.

Did he have average/respectable JS, but then his IS and ID were so high as to completely eclipse it? I reckon that's the only way that it could've happened.

Only BBs know that... I think Rebounding and Inside Shot are both secondary skills for an SG, so the increase in salary would be approximately the same...

From my experience as an regular BB user and as an NT-Coach, the most important skill for SG is Jump Range... That adds the most to an SG salary... For PG, that's Passing... I don't know for sure what is the most important for other positions, but for centers it may be that all of the 4 main skills will increase the salary by same rate... For PF it's those 4 + Jump Shot, I think... And for SF, every skill is important and it's really hard to tell the difference... There aren't many SF-trainers...

For SGs, I know because i had this player with sensational Jump Shot, and only respectable Jump Range and he had ~10k salary... In NT I had similar player with prominent Jump Range and he had ~20k salary...

For PGs I know for sure, cause one NT PG had 17k salary at the beginning of the season, lifted his Passing from strong to prolific and he now has 34k salary... Other skills did not change that much...

but there are more skills which influence on the salary and not just Jump Range.. so don't be so sure..
Anyway, I have a good example in my team for the Reb/Block influence.. and also from my experience in the game..

do you think that SG with 12-9 shooting and 9 OD ,
equal for 23,000$ ?
this is not routine thing for guards .. and I think it's just because his high Reb and Blocking..
