2nd question:

We need Latvian GM, how it is possible to arrange this? Because not many users know english language and Lithuanian either. So It would be good to promote someone from Latvian users to become as an GM, to help new users answering questions and also to look after the forums....sometimes there is quite big mess....and if you dont know Latvian Language then you cant realy help us.

Yes it`s true that I can`t do much about forums and for that reasons you have MODs. I don`t know when you`ll get one. As your community is growing I have already suggested that Latvia should get a GM, but I don`t know when it`ll happen.

I think you`ll get place in GMs crew after you`ll reach 1000 active users amount.

Yes that true in BB you never know when something will happen, I am still missing my season 6 MVP trophy...:P

I think MVP trophy is also needed thing for the game...because I am paying for supporter and I want to see what I am paying for.....right? I hope this question will be solved very soon. I agree that maybe they are busy with other things in BB like making training work smoothly and on time and etc. But everyone makes his own priorities!

I really can`t say a lot about developing as far as GMs know about them just from the news as everybody else.

First step would be contact GM-JuicePats and he`ll manage everything. But you should write everything very clear for him, cause he`s most busy GM from us all.
