So, if that's the case a younger player will have a higher DMI than a older player would if they were evenly skilled and trained the same way, with younger players responding to training better.

Then the DMI of players could drop significantly if they had a poor week of training, unlike HT were it will only drop marginally due to form. Seems very hard to use DMI as a gauge against opposition players.

Do you agree, or is their somebody out there who has another theory?

has been stated in well over ten threads that DMI is a pointless stat. Is 90% or so down to form and only salery can really be used to judge a player's skill as even a better player with better form can have a lower DMI for some reason.

I had a player drop form 24,000 to 12,000 in one week even though his PTW stayed at strong and he popped a level and wasn't hurt.

Why?

i say there's a dmi bug around. :) players with not even half the value of others have double dmi. haven't played one at all and raised dmi form 6k to 20k, compared to my best player who dropped from 17k to 10k. :)

It's not a bug, as far as I can tell...that's just the nature of DMI.

i think DMI was suppose to be a joke very early on... but it seems to not be that funny anymore (or maybe ever)... i think we should get rid of it. as it seems to frustrate a few, and most people ignore it, and nobody finds it funny but us.

I agree...I never considered it seriously either and I feel people may be being misled by what DMI means.

Hooray finally we get to tell them how useless it is.

Sorry guys but it means nothing and was deliberately made to mean nothing.
