Those two players were already retired; they must have been fired since 3 January, when they last played, and also the day that they were selected to participate in the 3 point contest.
The bug was merely in the display of the page. Earlier, it was not able to show those two participants because they were not a member or a team, and so iit repeated two of the others participants.
