The lower a players age, the faster he trains.

Yeah, but do all the 19 years old train the same?

If I have a 216cm player with 5 in rebounding and a 190cm one with 5 in rebounding, should I put the 216cm as a center?

What about this?

The skills already take the player's height into account, and a player with a rebounding rating of 5 is the same as any other. A tall player with a rebounding rating of 5 has less rebounding raw skill than a shorter one, but makes up for it with his height so that overall, they will end up with the same number of rebounds.

This also means that it's easier to teach the tall guy to improve, because he doesn't have to have as much raw skill as the shorter guy for his rebounding rating to be higher.
