It won’t be a surprise for those who well know Buzzerbeater to learn what’s following:
!!! I’m candidate to the U-21’s elections!!!
2 seasons ago I was already candidate and I had the honors to manage the team until the first match of the season. After a GM’s decision make me lose my job … one more time for this inconvenient: sorry.
My program is de following one:
* Firstly: the communication. AS you know, I’m trilingual French- Dutch – English: the French is my mother tongue, I live in Flanders and I’ve done a part of my studies in English. It’s a big advantages to the U-21’s coach to speak those languages I think because I can speak with the two big parts of Belgium‘s community and with the internationals managers where our futures stars are maybe.
I want also to be a lot on the forum to make talk about the U-21, it mustn’t be a result that we look every Monday…
And to be sure to don’t have translation problems with the Dutch speaking people, Angi (Estrellas Absudras’s manager) will translate all my texts.
* After: a good tactical knowledge. I’m proud to say it, I’VE WON THE CHAMPIONSHIP!!! (Yes I ‘m very proud of it ^^). To win a championship you must have a perfect knowledge of the tactical effects, the impact of a player’s characteristic on the game, etc.
It’s very important to own that knowledge during the U-21’s championship if we want to bring the top.
* I’ve also the intention to create an organism to detect and to help the young players who will become our big stars. To do this I have the chance to work with some experienced people who will talk with the managers and help them for the training to bring those guys to the U-21 team.
I’m very motivating for this job and I’m ready to answer to your questions.
