Hello managers from Lubnan
My name is Sir_Soeben and I'm the manager of New Chelsea Lakers
(99095) which plays in League II.2 in Switzerland. In the latest season I reached the final game in the playoffs which I lost, so I will play another season in the second highest league of Switzerland, but it's my main target to promote to the hightest league in this season (besides helping Lubnan to get a better and more successful U-21 team).
I've been playing buzzerbeater for 5 seasons, which means I got a lot of experience in this game. I'm very familiar with the many offensive and defensice tactics of BB.
My concept for U-21 includes the allocation of the young players to managers with a stage 5 coach at least to train them appropriate. When I was elected I would probaly buy a young player by myself to train him.
First of all, the old players of the U-21 team, who cannot play after the qualification next season in the World Cup, need to be ejected of the team so there's is place for some young players. (That includes all acutal U21 players older than 20!)
I hope I could convince you that I'm a good choice to be your U-21 manager, because I got loads of experience and if you would elect me, a lot of new players had the chance to reach U-21 honours:-)
