מי שמחפש פוטנציאל מסויים שייצור כבר קשר בפרטי ואני אנסה לשדך אחד מהרשימה..
אני רק יכול להגיד כמו שהזכרתי שכבר דיברתי עם כמה מאמנים ואני מאוד מרוצה ושמח על הנכונות שמראים רובם כדי להשקיע בשחקן עד הסוף ולפתח אותו לרמות נבחרת..

אני מאוד מקווה שהדראפט הזה ייזכר לטובה הרבה שנים..

כן.. פירטתי בסוף ההודעה הראשונה כנראה לא שמת לב ..

ברור ברור אבל לא הבנת אותי.

אני התכוונתי אם יש משהו ממש ממש מיוחד בדראפט הזה?
למשל כמו שעונה שעברה הדגשת את מוחמד אל ראשיד.

בכל מקרה אני מציע שנעבוד על פרוייקט.
בוא נתחיל ביחד עם כל המעוניינים בקהילה שלנו לעבוד על ענייני הדראפט.
חייב להשיג את המאמנים ולשמור על כמה שיותר פוטנציאלים.

סימנתי בדראפט הקודם כמה שחקנים ואני חושב שבהתאם הפעם מדובר באותם שחקנים שהם עם 3 פוטנציאל ואולי גם עם 3 גיוון ויש כמה כאלה..

בנושא הדראפט אני כבר התחלתי לדבר עם מספר מאמנים של שחקנים בולטים..
רובם הראו נכונות כמו שאמרתי וזה לא יהיה פשוט להדריך את כולם ואני מאמין ששבוע הבא כשנקבל את המאמן החדש לצעירה יהיה יותר קל
אבל בסופו של דבר זה מצדיק את כל ההשקעה שתידרש כי אם יתפתחו נכון מדובר בדור הבא של הנבחרת ולא חסר פוטנציאלים גדולים הפעם בשום עמדה..
אפשר להרכיב רוטציה שלמה לנבחרת עוד כמה עונות מהדראפט הזה אם השחקנים ייבנו כמו שצריך..

אני לא בטוח אם יש הרבה נבחרות שעושות את זה אם ביכלל..
וזה בהחלט ייתן לנו יתרון גדול על יריבות בעתיד ובדורות הבאים כי כאמור כל עונה שחקנים מתבגרים ובסופו של דבר סגלים שלמים יתחלפו והגלגלים מתהפכים יכולה פתאום סתם לדוגמא - קרואטיה,
לשלוט כמו שהיום שולטת איטליה.. למרות שביכלל גרמניה זכתה באליפות אירופה אבל זה סתם דוגמא..

בקיצור אני מאמין ובטוח שייצאו מפה לפחות 2-3 שחקנים נבחרת עתידיים..
וזה בהערכה מאוד פסימית.. אפשר לשאוף אפילו ליותר מזה .

כבר אמרתי את זה לפי הדראפט ואחריו אז אני חושב שזה המקום המתאים להודיע

לכל הקבוצות שרוצות למכור את אחד הצעירים שמופיעים ברשימה הזו(פ"ג או ש"ג) שיצור קשר איתי דחוף אני מוכן לשלם עד מיליון על השחקן(זה תלוי ברמות השחקן ובמשניות שלו)
