It's either that 15 points with 1 minute to go is enough to be considered a blowout, or the fact that a mediocre stamina player cannot really last a full game. Or a combination of both.

ok, but my orders were very clear for that position
i'm sure is a bug, if you'll look at my last 1:15 minute, you will observe that my center is fouled, all changes are made, and the backup center enter in place of my PG because my center is at foul line, at minute 47:51 my backup center (filling point guard positon) switches positions with the center, that is replaced with my point guard

That looks like blowout substitutions to me. As long as you have an available backup at any position, no starter will be left on the floor. So I am pretty sure it's not a bug.

It is always unpleasant to lose training. In future cases, I can suggest fielding no more than 1 backup at each other position, and having no loose player in the game lineup (for a total of 9 players).

yes but i had 9 players in the game lineup, but backup center didn't enter in center position because the starting center was fouled, and was at foul line, that's way i still think is a bug,
please check i f you have time my last game and the last 1:15 minutes
galea is point guard, barboiescu is backup center, and macovei is starting center

It's not a bug. If you line up 9 players for example and assign the 5 starters to starting + sub + reserve. In case of blowout the 4 players are still going to be used. Now the point when the coach wanted to use blowout rule your C could not be subbed but the sub was needed to put in (if you would of had 3 backup players that would have not happened) so it got put in at PG and moved to C when it was possible.

It's not a bug -- it was just an unfortunate coincidence that there was a player on the foul line that couldn't be subbed out.

As I said, no starter will be left on the court in blowout situation, regardless of positions.
