Because if I had a female doctor with the Massage specialty, my players' enthusiasm would be stuck at 15 permanently. =)

As a member of the "we need more women"-Fed, I feel obliged to support this idea.

For a moment there I thought we were in the "box-and-one" thread.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

In NBA, do you ever see a female trainer or doctor? Female PR makes more sense.

i know more female doctores at the university, so why does a male doctor makes more sense ;)

Female trainers are pretty uncommon in male sports, but they also exist.

Doh! Good1

I dont see the point really. Gender in BB is for asthetics only right? Rather new content be focused on something more tangible than gender of text-based staff. Just one person's opinion :)

In the NBA do you see the same nationalities of Doctors we have access to here on BB?

I think the suggestion wasnt made to bring BB more inline with the real world... more to promote us all as equal opportunist employers.

Not in NBA but find out who Stephanie Ready is.

The real problem is that such an addition to the BB would require drawing new set of faces and as it was problematic to add mustaches and other facial hair to player faces I doubt anything which would require (re-)drawing faces is likely to happen.

Although I agree it would be great to have PR Manager/Doctors that "look like American" or the world for that matter...I think the whole thing is rather peripheral to the game and actually feel the BB's time is better spend improving the core aspects of the game, IMHO.
