It wouldn't have to be an official league! They could play on Sundays and Wednesdays, and still participate in a league in their home country. There would be no problems with league transferring because those teams would still be playing in the top leagues.

It could be a problem with maintenance/updates. For example players for draft are generated in no-match days. But i have no idea whether this could be a relevant problem or not.

IMO BBB functions as a "super-league". OK, it's a tournament, but I support the official leagues to be nation-only. Topteams can always create a private league if they want to challenge others.

Well I would always like more international competitons becuase you are competing against teams of your country in longterm anyway. And B3 is just about 1-2 of the best teams per country not telling much about quality of team in this or that country. The more posssibilities to compare internationally the better imho.
Something like european soccer competiton would be nice (preferably with coeficients). Could have A- level, B-level for lower divisions etc. Format wouldn't be a problem it just has to be not so consuming server-wise. Which is why it is long shot to happen I guess.
