you also need to have the full menu, so look for the thing that says "show full menu" and press that. then look for the tools icon

Can I do training more than just one skill?

No.
Thursday you will train what you've got at training and the positions you've chosen.
but
remember that each type of trainig trains more than 1 skill

High. It's like the greades you used to get in school. B+ was better than B-, right? B+ is on the high end of the B's, and B- is on the low end of the B's. In this case, B would be medium.
