If you mean that you trained your whole team for one week, it is almost certainly not a bug. Free throws take between 2-3 weeks to train. So, although it would be rare to train 12 players and see no increase, it is not out of the realm of possibility.
If you train 2 more weeks and see no increase, then you have something to complain about.

Nope, I trained my whole team 2 or 3 weeks per season since 3 seasons. So it means that one player minimum should get a up, the youngest for sure! but never it happened! no had any up for the whole team...so it's sure I have a bug!
Sure I will try again on the end of the season but I prefer to resolve the pb before it...

the youngest for sure!
I may be wrong but I think that age has no effect on free throw training.
It sounds like a bug but only a BB can tell you for sure.
