well for every game my stats are mediocre for rebounding and inside shot and inept in everything else except on outside defense which is awful. i dont care who should get better at OD i just want someone to improve. so should i do it with one or two positions?

I could find no mention of Pressure on the Rules regarding training.

To me, the chapter on training needs to be fleshed out. Right now a new manager is really given no clue how to train in the rules.

Speaking of this, I think it would be helpful if there was a brief discription of each training type on the Training Page.

but how many users 'discover' this on their on, and how many create a thread asking how/what to train.

I found the help thread right away, it's on the front page when you push Help...

but i think it wouldn't be bad, it they write it into the new rules especially the pressure/OD question comes often and is also a essential part of the game which you should explain - we have enough to do to figure out the speed of the training :)

The players who need Outside Defense the most, are your guards. So, for a effective training in OD you should work with your guards. Advantages in training OD have younger and smaller Players, and give them full traininge by let them play min. 48 minutes on that Position per week.

In your Team, i think Crouch, Baldwin, Bin-Najjam, Wen and Botvycius are candidates. Perhaps buy a young player (18 oder 19) who is noch taller than 6'3 an has some Talent (min. Star, All-Star oder better if you have the money).
