I think the U21's have improved greatly the last couple of seasons Hoddy, we now have a few good managers training outside players :) IMO 12 OD is good but not enough on its own to secure him a spot on the roster.

from what i heard from others, some of our U-21 NT have level 16 OD

Agreed. As none in the NT side have 16 OD :P
