I'm actually pretty sure it's driving (fast break offense) and shot blocking (fast break defense).

What you sometimes see as your opponent's centre getting a RB and 3 secs later laying it in, when your play FCP, c'mon!!
Also, has anyone seen defensive 3 sec violation? They should happen esp. on 2-3 teams.. I've only seen offensive 3 sec violation. ..or 5 sec violation on teams playing Patient or Outside Box and one..
The key is to introduce new features moderately. not like RB on D going out of bounds after a missed FT..

i would use 1-3-1 Zone because in the game manual, it says that 1-3-1 is better than 3-2 Zone.

except that 1-3-1 should only be used by teams that can bear the loss of rebounding, If you rebound worse than your opponent because of 1-3-1. 3-2 ight be the better option.

Also, you need a PF with good OD for 1-3-1.
