Cheers...
I also have to marry in the closing of K-Mat's training too. Then it's Birdman #1, Kenny #2. And those two will work very well together.

You will need some thick skin to deal with the NT, but i trust you are up to it....

This is true this community can be toxic at times, just wait until he plays some scrubby monoskilled guy in respectable GS while leaving out 1 of my guys who is proficient ha ha.

Izaman I do want to make a formal thank you for your running of the NT the last 2 seasons when noone else wanted to. I assume it is a lot of work so thanks for all of your efforts.

New coach welcome to Nippon. I think the team has some great players but lots are very old.

Forgive me for talking about my players (& Malice will go beserk because he somehow expects me to talk about players I know nothing about rather than the guys I know well) but some basic information.

Takayoshi Kawagichi is capped & isn't being trained anymore.
Hideki Ochi is 33.
Eita Wakatsuki was capped & I don't think the SB change helps much but he is still getting trained this season I think he has some high sublevels so trying to get just 2 more specific pops this season.
Takayoshi Kishita is a unique player as you can see. I am keeping him that way if you know what I mean. He is getting trained.
Shin Shidehara I don't know if he will ever be good enough for the team but I am working on his inside skills these last 2 seasons so at best 1 day he can be a poor mans Yuusuke Tsunami. Any tips for him much appreciated.

I more thing you could do for me, if you know any potential calculators you could tell me how much potential Kishita & Shidehara have left & confirm if the new changes still leave Wakatsuki capped.

Welcome to Nippon. Good luck & thick skin :P

Thanks for the update! Amazing round up of players. I'll get back to you in a BB mail, but I dare say your knowledge of the game exceeds mine

Still happy to discuss your training plans for each individual player

My only request for the NT team is to no run 34 year olds.

Other than that, you have to do what you think will win. You have to do what you think will win games.

You win, people will have your back. That simple.

Just make sure you get a good look at the list of potential guys to have on the team. Use the NT scouter. Once you have the guys you think will win, you have to do what you think will work.

And i appreciate someone thanking me for runing the NT team. As you can tell from this forum, it is no walk in the park

Somebody let me a hold a no. 2 pencil cause they testin' me.
