if you'd like to continue coaching you'll have support
and what concerns belorussian managers, we don't have such great managers as you are!.. maybe only Abdulla ;)

Abdulla is too yuong coach

yes, you are right, sure it's too difficult for one person to do everything... I suppose, I could help you a little bit, depending on what I'll need to do...

and what do you mean by: train national team players in single-position mode for a long time?
it's for example training only C instead of C and PF together?
I suppose not so many of belorussian clubs are ready for it, so it's neccessary to find some foreign ones.

I think Abdulla is too busy on the transfer market, he does not have time left ;-)

But thank you, thank you. Seriously, if we want to make Byelarus national teams really good, we will need scouts: managers who keep looking out for top young Byelarus talents in the leagues.

And then, we will need managers who will train national team players in single-position mode for a long time. We have only few such players on the U21 team at the moment. I believe for example Bulgaria is so strong because they do train their players single-position.

Who would be interested?
Indeed, I found that the Transfer Market - a perfect place for earnings. Price is extremely fragile :))) And thanks for the confidence, but I don't want to be coach of the national team, both in Hattrick, and BuzzerBeater - this is a very responsible and takes a long time. Often there is no time.

Being a scout - no easy task. If possible, will be monitored, but the search tools on the nationality of the players missing - that is too bad :(

It is indeed a big problem when the train double or multimode :(

P.S. Whether the coach again, Josef. All happy with your work and the only drawback - you have not spoke in Russian.
