Low potential means he'll cap before he can be as useful as some others who have more room to build up.

That being said, he could still be a useful middle-tier player for you to use between now and when you get to that top tier league.

I agree with the previous poster, despite the small salary, you can still amass total skill points on him. For your situation it may be ideal. Turn him into a stud SF and he'll be a central piece of your team, as you progress. And even in higher leagues.

Just make him, so his estimated salaries on all positions are about the same

Nice plan, but there is even more room. Buzzer Manager shows he's 91-100 percent full at

10/8
15/8
8/12
8/13
8/13

Of course, there are sublevels, so this might be hardly achievable. Anyway, test shotblocking if you feel like it. It might be worth of the trouble, with these new updates.

If you trained just inside skills from this point on (IS,REB, and ID) he would make a kick ass PF when he is 24. Maybe look something like this:

Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: prolific Handling: sensational
Driving: prolific Passing: proficient
Inside Shot: tremendous Inside Def.: tremendous
Rebounding: sensational Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: strong Free Throw: proficient

This would put him at about 45k and 85-92% done with training. Then you could shape him some more based on how inside/outside oriented you want him to be. Anyways that is what I would do. He will also train VERY quickly for all those inside skills being 7'0". You must have had a ton of patience with this guy's OD and passing training, but he looks amazing now. He is very strangely shaped for his size, but would make an incredibly well rounded PF if you took this route.

My first pick last year would be my best trainee: a 6'9 point guard.

This would be followed by local acquisitions at Center and Power Forward.

I can only hope that sourcing talent from within the motherland would translate to higher revenue due to merchandise. Currwntly my sales are below 20ku

Along with your plans, they'll also need some PA. Otherwise, these are some good trainees.
