A player with those skills has no place for the U21 national team unfortunately. Would be a useful player for your team though.

Yeah, he's a gun. Has been added to the team, along wth Bowman, both very good 19yo prospects. Should get a little bit of game time this season to give him some experience.

what about making 19 years old play all the game since if our NT wont be good then tanked a couple of season for ridiculously strong 1 year?

We only have 2 19yos in the team.
The 20yos and well trained 21yos will carry out the season.

how much does experience played a part in how well player play? is it possible for a an above average player with legendary experience to beat awesome players with average experience? then our NT can just pick out very awesome 18 yrs old and feed them and hope they will be in the game still in 3 seasons time and then those 18yrs old turned 21 can dominate.

I personally think experience is an awesome stat to have and makes players play lots better. Just my opinion though :)
