I'm shock Taiwan didn't L. Yeong Aun play as a starter. Baka tinatago pa nila pero malakas yan.

Mukhang di ganun kalakas ang line-up ng china ngayon. Although they have a solid PG. May laban ata tayo ah. Unless may tinatago silang player na hindi pa na call-up.

Mukhang sinwerte pa ata tayo sa bracketing ah..

im sorry kung d ako nakakaupdate, mobile lang gamit ko. pero uuwi nq mamaya at iupdate q na ang dapat. mahigpit ang laban natin sa taiwan, nagkamali pa ako ng pagset kasi coach picks from depth chart napili q. kaya pansin nyo si sales ang mas maraming minutes kesa kay evangelista. it's a win anyway, swerte nga tayo sa bracket natin. with only Iran and China who are the teams to beat. China's lineup is weaker now. i think magcacallup yan sila ng players. to all managers na sinendan ko ng mail, sana magreply po kayo cause i'm planning to call up some players for the team.

Sir base on my scouting (lolz) indonesia have good inside players yun nga lang foul-prone mga players nila, also have two good PGs but not threatening, mejo poor ang perimeter def nila...well of course di natin masabi kung anu ang mangyayari if they play against us I just base my scouting sa game nila vs. IRAN

Very unusual for China to have this kind of line-up. They barely won against Australia by playing with more effort. Du Changming is the man to watch out. He is dishing doubles in assists..

1st round recap:

It was a flawless victory in the 1st round robin pool for our team with a 6-0 win-loss record. So much high expectations with our highest-paid Center Ash Julius Mones(18304217) who averaged 15.7ppg, 12rpg, 1.8bpg in those 6 games highlighting his performance versus Nippon (17397) finishing with 11/12 FG and also showed his defensive prowess versus Taiwan swatting 5 Shot blocks.

But it's not only Mones who carried the team. There were other players stepped up too. One of them is Gener Juan Umadhay (18304749), who wasn't exposed in the 1st 2 games because of his Game Shape. He stepped up in the game vs U.A.E garnering 19 pts, 13 rebs and 6 asts, he got 30 pts, and 5 blocks in the game vs Singapore but he remained seated in the last 2 games because of his Game Shape problem. The three Point Guards named Usurpio Manuel (18303857), Mark Anthony Lintag (18306045) and Roummel Violanda (18304028) controls the flow of the Philippine offense, made a total of 86 assists for the team with only 16 Turnovers.

It was a team effort with the right players and the right tactics (esp. our 4 point win vs Taiwan (17399) and of course some advice with the past managers that made this team unbeatable. I would like to thank all the managers who supported me and watched with me during this round.

2nd round robin eliminations:

We we're lucky with our pool because we evaded Australia and Hongkong, 2 of the most powerful teams in this tournament but we are still battling China in this round. The 1st game vs Indonesia is a blowout, with Robleza leading the team with 21 points. Our next game is versus China, another powerhouse. I hope many will watch this game, i know this is worth to watch. :) After China, we'll face India which will be an easy game for us. Then Iran and Kazakhstan.

Call up:

With the impressive training regime made by one of our own DoG of the PPL, his player was the only one who is called up for the team since when i introduced the players for our team..

Marion Benedicto (18306349) - The newly acquired Power Forward. Actually, the only PF of the team.
Strengths : A PF who can shoot, drive, rebound and defend. His improvements made him one of the top 3 Bigs in the lineup.
Weaknesses: He will find it hard to create his own shots.

he must get out of foul trouble, nice acquisition sir goodluck to our game vs Chinese, just as I predicted earlier sir a 6 to 7 points win vs the mighty dragons would be posible, they got a lot of good guards, but not with their bigmen, equal lng halos sa guards positions pero mejo lamang na tayo sa loob, pero they had an average of 9-9 outside and inside defense rating although I think we can still get this game up GO GO GO PHU21!!!

Pilipinas U21 manager PH-Cezzz was seen dancing the dougie at the Pilipinas bench at the end of the game as the Pilipinas U21 team massacred the mighty China U21 team by the score of 100 to 79. Reporters were amused by PH-Cezzz's actions and flocked to interview him and this is what he had to say. " I got carried away and started dancing the dougie. No disrespect towards China U21 team but am just so happy that I lead a squad to win against China. I think its quite an honor to beat them in national games. And besides before the game I received several messages from other U21 coaches that we had no chance of winning this game. Guess its true when they say the ball is round in basketball and anything can happen."

He had the license to shoot as he was the starting SG but Mark Anthony Lintag choose to pass the ball netting a team high 8 assists. Ash Julius "Da Moneyman" Mones was a monster under the boards as he swatted away 4 balls and had 16 points. Dexter Zueleta added another 16 points on a 8-9 shooting performance.

Pilipinas U21 is so far unbeaten in this seasons U21 Asian Championships and is still on track of achieving the once impossible dream. Winning its first Asian Championship!

Salamat :) Si Benedicto lang nagkaproblema sa starters, baguhan pa kasi. Props to the combo Point Guards, Violanda and Lintag, galing ng mga assists nila.

Next opponent is India, at least makaeasy easy na rin tayo nito.. :) Go Pilipinas!
