Oh hell no! I've been taking it easy so long, the boys are ready and raring to go for the play-offs (max enthusiasm). I will be playing for keeps, no mercy, sweep the leg style.

might have to send in the fans if that's the way you want to play it!

what makes you think i have 450k?

btw donny if you use your max enthusiasm on me then you will have a bit less vs neeber and then even less in the finals. dunno if i would play it that way if i had your team. you will have to CT normal either me or neeber

The relegation series is a 3 game series. That is what I have to look forward to. I am are still preparing for Team Beer but Cre Towers could be mine if they somehow lose to McKinnon Massacre or if miraculously Beer beats Be High.

I bought a player I think may help me just a little in the series:

Lino Floris (684881) Shooting Guard
Weekly salary: $ 45 579
DMI: 232100
Age: 31
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: allstar *
Game Shape: strong

I don't know if I will keep him next season as he is quite expensive or just sell him for a profit, got him fairly cheaply. We paid $514,000 for him.

There have been 7 recent transfers of 31-32 year old shooting guards with CENSORED and any potential. Lino Floris is probably better than all 7 of these players, but the few that are most similar have been selling for around $ 500 000 to $ 1 100 000.

He is probably one of the best guards in the league along with David Chan, Rafael Suabia , Woodrow Tabor and Mohammad Sad Omar. Probably Mohammad is best. Funny that maybe the second best guard in the league is in a relegation series.

I am trying to prepare a team that will go to d2 and stay there. So I am still not sure if I go for it next season or the season after, I guess that will determine if Lino stays or goes.

And as someone else said, right now this league is fun, but on the other hand there are a lot of teams that will be peaking soon and we could have a massive log jam of talent.

gee please.. dont do that.. that would mean i have a shot at 4th!! anything but the fans... :P

And Mr Ricky, i will show u mine if you show me yours... (Shooting Guard that is....)

Does DMI have any relation to salary? i am really scared if that guy has 220k DMI and is 47k salary, that chan will cost me a small fortune next year!

Totally agree with Bains, Chan will be one of the premier players in the league next season and one of the most expensive I think you will find. BTW Mr Ricky, your new guy must have fantastic skills to have a salary that high at his age, might need to start looking for a trainer with career extension if you plan on hanging on to him. :)

Lino is really only here for the playoff series, once that is over at the start of next season we will most likley sell him and have our final year of training before we go for the win, however that will depend on all of you. If you are all looking weak and like you will be stronger the season after then next season may be our window of oppurtinity. I guess it will all depend on the next few weeks, who knows we may have a string of injuries and be relegated by team beer!

hm... not good news on that front for chan...

my roster is REAL thin now and i wouldnt win a div 4 game at the moment without Chan.. depends on how the draft goes, i will prolly sell Chan and invest in some 18 year trainees..

i can see relegation being a huge possibility for me next season, but i neglected my training and tried to buy success so only have myself to blame.. i got players on team who I should have gotten rid of 2 years ago!

yeah geez mate, looks like Chan may be up close to 40k salary next season.
look forward to seeing him on the market tho, so we can check how you trained him and... also that means he wont line up against me any more :)
