does this hanging in a live game, only happen for a live game or does it also happen on replays of that game.. i am having trouble reproducing this on IE, but maybe its cause i'm looking at a replay.. can you go back and see that it still happens in the same spot on your version of IE in a replay?

It appears to only be happening during "View Live".

I never run IE but some odd situations had me watching yesterdays game on it. It kept hanging at 7:52 of the 1st - which upon watching the replay was the first timeout called by my opponent (and of the game). I eventually got past it, I forget how, and it was hanging somewhere else in the first and I gave up on it. Unfortunately, I cannot recall when the second hangup happened, but I know it didn't involve a timeout as that earlier one was the only one taken during the first quarter.

I just watched the replay of the entire first quarter with no hangs at all.

My Flash version that link reported is WIN 10,0,22,87
And I'm running IE version 8.0.6001.18702 on XP

i am using IE.8 and while watching the BBB game live , match viewer freezed in the 2 nd quarter 3.02 min. left. I refreshed the viewer and it began from the 5 min. left instance and freezed again at the same time.
i can watch the replay of the games without any problem.

we believe we have figured this bug out as a combination of an older version of flash, IE, and small differences in the times in our webservers.

we have resynchronized our webservers which should fix the problem, but we would also recommend upgrading to flash 10.

would be handy to advice us where to download flash10 and how to do the upgrade? I am experiencing the same problem since a week or so...

My game hung up again tonight 6p.m Central

Have already downloaded Flash 10

Have found that if you close browsers and reopen sometimes it will bypass the hangup but usually hangs again later.

Yep now it is hung again at 6:09 this is ridiculous!

Don't understand do they not test these things on IE prior to going live? No offense guys but it is very frustrating when you actually enjoy watching the games and this has been ongoing now for the last 3 games.
Triptax just download firefox and use it as an additional browser if you like IE just don't let Firefox download as your default.

We have determined that this is not a function of the new game engine. In that in testing rolling back the engine doesn't seem to solve it. We will look into this again perhaps our web servers are out of sync again. Did it work for some on Tuesday? We checked replays but not live games as nothing we changed was related to live specifically . We are a bit confused here and clearly still looking for an answer

I understand it is frustrating for you as well forgive me for sounding "put out" it is just a pain to "jump through hoops" to watch a game. Firefox seems to be the answer so that is the advice I would give to people having problems. First half I "watched" on IE 8 and it kept hanging. I downloaded Mozilla Firefox and had no problems the rest of the game. I would say there was no problem noted on my end until the first game when the updated engine was released. Not sure where the problem lies but obviously it has to do with some portion of the "upgrade".
