OK, I'll try to put it into English:

There should be about 4 leagues, first season based on ratings.
I hope you understand the table. Eesti I means the highest rated Estonian club is on the same side (like West and East in NBA, Eesti I is in West let's say) with Estonia IV rated club and so on. East begins with Estonia II rated and ends with Lithuania III rated club. Hope you understand this part. "West" and "East" could also be random picked by a lottery or etc if needed. Every season the last 2 from the Country based on wins-losses go down to the lower league (Challenge I). Example:
Eesti I 10-0
Eesti II 7-3
Eesti III 6-4
Eesti IV 2-8
Eesti III and Eesti IV go down to the lower one, because they were the worst teams, go to Challenge I league and 2 best from Challenge I go to BBBL. That counts seperately for Latvia and Lithuania too.

2 best teams from east and west play PlayOffs, that counts for every single league including Challenge I, Challenge II, III.

Hope it was clear.

Yes, BBBL and Challenge I trade teams, Challenge I and Challenge II change teams and Challenge II and Challenge III change teams. Everyone change leages and can play against new teams in Challenge leageues. Only BBBL has 6 new teams every season, others have 12.

I don't know if this is good enough but it is the best I came up with.
Feedback me
