Salaries mean nothing. It's quite obvious his team is poor looking at performance, game ratings, and the game analysis.

He has two 30k C but so what? The higher they get the more the salaries increase per skill. To be honest, it looks like his big men are just power trained in IS. His ID and RB ratings have been only slightly above average. And his team doesn't even have a point guard. His outside defense ratings are laughable. And his management skills are questionable.

The other team is strong for sure, not fun for any team, but they are one dimensional and can be beaten with a good zone. Maybe you should purchase a good outside defender or train them...

That's what I noticed too, the teams seem to be talented from years of playing but have a have a poor manager at the helm. The game ratings are completely underwhelming. Any team with awful(high) in outside defense while playing 3-2 Zone cannot be taken seriously.

I just moved up to div 3 this year for the 1st time what I have found is my training routine was great to get me moved up and the couple players I bought helped a bunch but so far I am getting owned. It is very frustrating. i dont have any good young trainees for this team and I am out of cash to buy some to build so I have to decide do I sale a couple players to buy good trainees and sacrifice this season to over come what I did to myself or do I try and salvage what I have while waiting to get a good trainee this season.
i dont like sacrifice so I will prob try and make sure I dont get relegated and work on this team and get me some good recruits. Right now I make great money that will probably change around the allstar break give or take. Get good young players and train them up dont be in a hurry to move up and keep with your schedule of training no matter what. I am developing a plan of attack for the rest of this year and for next year if I have to relegate and start again.

I won't trade you MY 15k for 3k.

But if you have a sg with oh I don't know phenomenal jumpshot and pitful outside defense.

I'll take your mediocre JS and respectable OD guard in a heartbeat.

So no, salaries mean nothing when the players are poorly trained, have low secondaries, etc. All which seem to reek from those two teams. And yes D3 is very tough, I'm in 5th place, and may not survive. But I'm not going to scale back salaries, I'm going to use the cash to build my arena, and get some better players so I can roll over IV and get right back. That is, if I lose my relegation series I may be headed to.

Also, no one said anything about trying to win this year as a new team. I said to improve the team at all costs, you seem to have selective hearing on internet form. My second year in IV I finished in 4th place, but I saved a bunch of money, and trained my prospects to make a lot of moves and win the league.
