Gah! I hadn't even realised what thread I was posting in. Apologies all :P

I'll ask a question I meant to ask earlier, though. iwen - if a manager is not training his players in accordance with what you'd like for the U21, what would be your reaction to it? By which I mean, if you wanted them to hammer JS and instead they were doing 1-on-1 training, and were ignoring what you were asking for, but they had the best player in that position anyway, would you drop them for not being a team player or keep them because their skills were better?

and just another note to keep this thread on topic about the U21 election debate (or iwen Q&A as it seems to be a 1 horse race).

Spam other threads if you want to talk about something outside of the election or candidates.

Sorry boss.

On topic: Iwen how can we in all good faith vote for a Lakers fan? Will you be able to use some of the Lakers tactics and swap an Australian Kwame Brown with an ex-Aussie now managing China for their Pau Gasol and win two extra championships we never deserved to win?

@zyler

Our prospects this season look great, the majority of the best ones went to managers, and not bots, so I look forward to scouting them and ensuring they're trained right.

@marmots

Well all I can do is offer my advice, it's up to the manager themselves to listen or not, but that's the best I can do. No point chucking a fit if he's training something I don't want him/her to. After all, I understand people need to look after their own team first, and put themselves before the NT. That's fine.

@yodabig

Gasol was almost traded to the Bulls before the Lakers stepped in. Memphis were always going to dump salary, so Gasol was always on the way out. I think in 3-4 seasons we can compete with China and Philippines, this season our crop look s a bit thin, so we'll have to make do with what we have.
