As a side note: Here is the Cresley's last 6 games effort: Norm, Norm, CT, TIE, Norm, CT.

He can't have over 4 enth right now... Honestly I'm surprised this strategy is still working. But regardless, I think he'll stay at the 3 seed, and have to play the Eagles away in round 1. No way he can win that without a reasonable enth. I'm not sure the Eagles have normal'd all year. So.. all that work by the Cresleys just to get blown out in round 1 of the playoffs.

I've locked in the #5 spot now after taking down the Traptors (looks like we both didn't start all of our usual starters...). So that storyline is complete.

With the Cresley's shocking win, we're closer to an answer on who the #1 overall seed is. Eclypze now has a game lead and a 107 point lead in PD. Eclypze has me away next game, then gets Updog and Extra Crispy at home to finish off the year. Nice to have #3 and #2 at home, as they'll need wins to try and lock in homecourt in round 1 of the playoffs. Schrodas has the Cyborgs away next (easy win), then gets the Eagles at home (no reason to think the Eagles will normal here...) and the BAT away to finish (we'll see what happens but I expect BAT to have the #4 spot locked by that point, so no reason to do anything other than TIE).

I don't want to do all the power rankings again since I just did, but Eclypze has officially taken over the #1 spot. Congrats!

I think I can actually take second. I have Boston and Dron's as my last two games, and both are at home. East Gary has Broken Arrow at home and Shroda on the road. If I can knock of 2LF on the road, I can nab second place. He is going to have a tougher road to hoe.

You're basically down 2 games though. If he wins 2 out of 3 he finishes at 14-8 (BAT at home, and the Cyborgs at home). If you win all 3 you finish at 14-8. He has a 192 point lead in the tie breaker, so for you to have a chance he HAS to lose Saturday.

This is correct. But, I still have to play like he MAY lose Saturday. Look, my team is relegation fodder on paper. I needed to go all out in some games to avoid the drop. It is killing me financially and otherwise (I should have sold out the house vs Shroda). But, right now, I can be very pleased with my team's performance this season.

True, you should be happy with it. You've certainly gotten some big wins. Hope the financial drain doesn't effect you too much going forward.

Dron's Wolfs just thrown himself to Division IV. He sold off his entire team.

Interesting call. Ozark would be his relegation matchup, and he hasn't logged in since 12-21. No one wants to stay in D3 it seems...

I wonder how much time I have left in D. III? No matter what I do, I cannot get a whiff at promotion. Yet, Lovable Losers, who I beat in D. IV a few seasons ago, is poised to be promoted into the NBBA. What am I not doing?

Some people just have a knack for promotion.

In my D4 league I just promoted out of, a D5 promotee is 20-0 and almost a sure champion of the league. He's only been in Buzzerbeater since season 16, and he'll be in D3 by season 19. By the looks of things, he's been able to build a lot of income on the transfer list, getting lucky with idiots way over-paying for young players. I've never had any luck with that, but it's a popular strategy.

No one can really tell what you're doing or not doing without knowing your financial situation , but you should check the USA offsite forums. There's tons of advice and good discussion going on over there, and it's helped me a lot.
