If I get a good trainee I will most likely focus on training and developing a new core rather than bouncing back up

My roster will almost halve in salary come Sunday. Have a decent team, still, though. Salary-wise, not so much.... But... I'll be doing ok.

In fact, it will go less than half.

how is version 2?

If I win tomorrow I will be fielding a stronger team than current $400k roster so I won't complain about trying my hand in West...

For the sake of evening things out I will even agree to a voluntary salary cap. I don't know what you guys think is reasonable but maybe around $500k so all the division II teams can play their best lineups but when an ABBL takes on a division II they will have to leave some players out.

You would still be facing some tier one players just not all of them.
