I appreciate the input ott9, but I agree the tone isn't quite right.

What frustrates me is the lack of talk about anything regarding the team moving forward. I really appreciate that Micky posts lineups and tactics pre-game every week on the offsite, but the silence that follows is deafening. A couple of weeks ago, I remember I made a post along the lines of "cool, looks good" just to try to get some noise in there.

What I'd like to see is that after the tactics go up, at least a couple managers with some sort of credentials chip in with some feedback, and that this be addressed and via a consensus we should be able to come to some improved decisions, theoretically. Not that Micky should follow what others want him to do, we elected him and he has the right to say "I'm sticking to my gut and making this decision", and if it pays off I'd tip my hat to him. But I'd like to start the conversation, I often feel like I'm a little inexperienced to offer much but I'll try where I can, and not only do I feel this would help the team but just being part of the conversation I feel would help me as a manager and I hope the others that take part would also benefit.

There are many thing to consider and discussion of attics should be left to offsite forum.
If you are not happy with my performance please run for the job when it is next up.

I would prefer more discussion about things but there were 12 posts regarding 1st 5 games and 3/4 of them were mine. I used to check offsite every day now it's a few times a week max.

I'm still confident in making semis and even the final. I have a plan and while thus loss makes things a little harder I'm happy where the is at. Philippines now take on indo with less enthus and will likely lose the game. We can still finish top in our group.

Different when Tic Tac and The Duke were in the team, there used to be good discussion in the offsite forum

Are you talking about JW in II.1 or are you talking about OTT9 and the U21s or something totally different

John Risley. He's an SF who looked very promising, but was left out of the team because of game-shape issues earlier in the season, because CaptainMarmot went bot at completely the wrong time. Mundy has been restoring his GS ever since buying him and now he could be in line for some playing time, and might even start against Malaysia if Cicvaric drops to respectable GS... all because some kent on PWJAC's team decided to injure my starting SG in last nights game, forcing Cicvaric to play 33 minutes and bumping his weekly minutes up to 81...

OTT9 has heard the hype! I also read somewhere that there may have been some issues with Luka Cicvarić's naturalisation records opening the door further for Razzle Dazzle Risley.

Im a manager that doesn't post very regularly in the offsite forum, but go in there every 2nd day or so and frequently read every new post to keep up with it all. So even though im not posting, I use it and feel like a regular ( maybe not a regular contributor, but still a regular).

I guess it boils down to who has the players in the team to continue the enthusiasm with the manager too. I know I was, Sid ws when he had player/s in, mllama was, and now that our players have gone through, the new managers need to first of all get personally invited in there by the manager, and second of all they need to share the experience and enjoy the season that they have a player in there. That would automatically keep managers like myself chipping in our 2 bobs worth, because I guarentee there would be some biased opinions on players starting etc that neutral managers could help sort out.

I had plans to run as u21 manager but thought Micky deserved another round after his impressive first go. Perhaps its a future goal for me though.
