(65837045)The game of all games!!!!
Team of the Scroll, having lost on the road and dropping to 7-7 and 4th place in playoffs, facing the #2 seed in the opposing conference. The eprnany city put in more effort, but ShadowSlam's team had home court, and the Epernany City gameplan, and came from behind, trailing 97-94 with 1 minute to go, to win, on a Eric Marks SLAM DUNK with less than 2 seconds to play.
Sean Clark was reinstated back into the league lineup due to Luwa close to maximizing his potential. And boy did Clark show that he wanted it bad! Sean Clark was a 1 man demolition team, for a home crowd at Sessurada, Clark put on a clinic! Shooting 16-26, 1-2 on 3s, and hitting 8-14 FTs. Sean Clark scored 41 points, including 4 in the final minute, to go along with 21 rebounds (7 on offense), 2 assists, 3 steals, 1 blocks, and 2 turnovers.
Eric Marks showing it don't matter who guards him or who's on the floor with him as he found his stride. Marks scored the go-ahead and game winning shot on an alley-oop dunk with less than 2 seconds in the game! Marks for the game shot 9-18, 1-2 on 3s, 3-3 at FT line, including 2 clutch free throws in the final minute, and recorded 12 rebounds (5 on offense), 2 assists, 1 block, and 0 turnovers. Scoring 22 points.
It was a quiet day otherwise for Team of the Scroll as no one else really played great... Thomas played well, and Connelly played well off the bench, but everyone else played sub-par. Clark and Marks, tag-teamed the Epernany City, and made a statement to the league. Clark perhaps making a statement to ShadowSlam about his playing time as well.....
Sean CLark's 41 points were a career high as were his career high 21 rebounds. Epernany City picked a bad day to play Team of the Scroll, if they had known Clark was going to be like that they would have stayed on the bus. That ladies and Gents, is why this was the TV game of the week!
