or there could be something like that then you get list of players at the end of season with all the skills and choose 3 of them.

40k full season 6 players on the list

20k full season 5 players

10k full season 4 players

5k full season just generate better players for you, then if you would pay 0

0k full season players would`n be good maybe just one of them worth something

it`s just an idea which should be developed more better... But the point is that teams don`t scout same schools or universities or something so nobody have same players scouted.

I have never once drafted a single usable/trainable player. A couple I have managed to sell for 100k or so.

While some of you guys are right in saying that a lot of players never make NBA rosters it is extremely unlikely that a team can't pick up even once decent player in 7 seasons of drafting.

I have given up completely on spending money on scouting because it has made zero difference on the quality of my picks.

The disparity between a team with a top draft pick and the many others that get nothing is big enough now that if the team cashes in they can replace with a triple sensational centre.

Don't worry - this is not a criticism from me.. i am merely pointing out when players traded hands for much more (drafts seem to have maintained a high premium in early weeks of the season) the difference wasn't as great.

There are cries for more money for scrimmages/this that the other or calls for rebalancing staff wages/arena incomes etc.... the draft is single handedly the one feature that can propel a team whose manager has made poor decisions above and beyond someone who has made some great team choices.

1 lucky pick can create $2million. I would prefer to see a more balanced distribution of talent vs money spent OR wider risk/rewards for other parts of the game so that the luck from the draft can be softened elsewhere.

I just find it odd to have never come up with even an average pick in the time I've been playing. I used to spend the max every week on scouting too until I realized it did nothing for me.

In extreme cases even 4 million. Although the buyer in that case was something of a nutcase.

Slowly.
First he had his two weeks of injury, then i started with two position OD training, i guess you can imagine.
But still, i´m happy, he will eventually become a very nice player.:-)

I think you have had some bad luck as well in this regard. This is only my third draft, but I have managed to get at least one solid draftee (either to sell or to train) per draft. I have not picked better than 13th in either as well. Not saying this explains all of it for you, but 7 seasons without anything solid is bad luck too.

My top trainee and best Center was the 48th pick in his respective draft, lol.

draft mmh its still to much lottery...
training a 28 year old player, i cant even train my 23 years old ones, i still hate the potential... i dont even train them for profit i want to train them to be the best... whatever...

sf the problem with this is the height i guess , you train big or small guys, but you cant train a small one on a big position...

ticket prices its true, dont know why its only by month...

free agents might needed for smaller nations....

i will renew my supporter, coz i really like the game ^^
