Does DMI have any relation to salary? i am really scared if that guy has 220k DMI and is 47k salary, that chan will cost me a small fortune next year!

Totally agree with Bains, Chan will be one of the premier players in the league next season and one of the most expensive I think you will find. BTW Mr Ricky, your new guy must have fantastic skills to have a salary that high at his age, might need to start looking for a trainer with career extension if you plan on hanging on to him. :)

Lino is really only here for the playoff series, once that is over at the start of next season we will most likley sell him and have our final year of training before we go for the win, however that will depend on all of you. If you are all looking weak and like you will be stronger the season after then next season may be our window of oppurtinity. I guess it will all depend on the next few weeks, who knows we may have a string of injuries and be relegated by team beer!

hm... not good news on that front for chan...

my roster is REAL thin now and i wouldnt win a div 4 game at the moment without Chan.. depends on how the draft goes, i will prolly sell Chan and invest in some 18 year trainees..

i can see relegation being a huge possibility for me next season, but i neglected my training and tried to buy success so only have myself to blame.. i got players on team who I should have gotten rid of 2 years ago!

yeah geez mate, looks like Chan may be up close to 40k salary next season.
look forward to seeing him on the market tho, so we can check how you trained him and... also that means he wont line up against me any more :)

lol you stopped him dead in his tracks.. what u worried about.. 3-20 or sumfin wasnt it?

chan can shoot and defend outside, and that is about it.. i actually doubt he would get much on the market just cause his passing/handling is not up to scratch...

question to all about new training thing..

is this just a 1 off, or will we be able to boost 1 player in 1 area every week?

this is crazy.. not sure i like it... surely most people will use this to boost a deficency in top trainees, and not a lower trainee?

chan is about my only trainee at the moment.. so if it a 1 off, i be mad not to use it on him!

Not sure what you are referring to but no matter how good your trainer you will never get a pop from a consistent trainee every week, they all slow down dependent on there potential and their expected salary cap. BTW, I will be watching very closely, don't think I could afford him after my player movements but a Chan would give me consistent scoring in every element in the back court, plus if you give me the heads up I could get a mill for my SG to pick him up :)))

ah bugger.. i got april foolsed i think! didnt even think of the damn date.... bb got me...

i will wait to see what his salary is and if i can afford him.. i have cleared alot of salary this week and will probably look to clear more. i wont be moving any more decent players for now, just the trash.. looking to trade down from my superior trainer who is costing me 32k per week to an advanced trainer for 12k per week.. will re-hire a superior trainer down the track, just dont see the need to spend 32k a week when i dont have trainees..

looking ahead, Hurriet/chan/mezzakis are about the only safe players on my roster.. i can only see 1-2 other guys at most who will be on this team next season.
