Yeah, good points, B-train. I guess by 'experts' I meant that we could have two or three extremely experienced managers who managers could always go to if they couldn't ge the info they needed (providing said managers had volunteered themselves of course). Resident Experts if you like. But, yeah, agree with the mentoring your suggesting. I don't want it to become complicated or confusing and while the model I used as an example suggests a large staff, it is the initial setup that is time-consuming. After that it's just a simple maintenance thing...
