Well, we did our best. Led through 3, but refs took over. Laurent fouled out in just 23 minutes of playing time. In penalty with 9 minutes to go, as I write USA is taking a lead after another barage of free throws. 2 minutes left, they are up by 8. Game is over. Fouls in 4th are 9-3,
Ft in a game: 33-16

Going to consolation tournament with 0-2 record wont be a good thing.

Dont know why since there is almost noone left who gives a shit, but I am updating the depth chart.
So far one thing is obvious: we are not training players that are above 25 years old (I am starting from oldest and thats the age I got to so far). Thats just not gonna cut it. From 26-30, a player is easily capable of getting 10-15 pops. Thats a difference between semi-decent and elite status.
The players that are 26 or older and are being trained are either already on NT (Jolly, Hudgins, Sammons), or will be on NT (Mosley).

By working with some NT managers I noticed that other nations still see 28yo as a 'prospect' and it is rare that a player 30 or younger gets to NT. Why? Because they are still being trained at that age.

Depth chart updated. Not sure if I will be able to do draft scouting before reset update. Buried under assignments. Will do my best.

If I can help let me know. My schedule is better the next week or two so I should be able to dedicate some time.

Not sure you can, since you cant callup players.

Although, you do know how NT scout works? If yes then you can compile a list of MVP+ Canadians from this draft. I checked the transfer list and there is none there so they are still in the country. Shouldnt take you more than 3-4 minutes. I can then call them up, write down their skills and add to the shortlist.

Terrible draw. Hong Kong and France were as hard as we could get.

OKay guys, since we have a game on monday I need to hear your opinions about roster.
Everything needed to make decisions is on the offsite.
Unfortunately I wasnt able to scout 18 year olds and probably wont be able to do it tonight before reset either (working on big ass project that takes 12hr per day 7 days per week.

Okay guys, still debating couple of PG/SG/SF spots.

1 SF, 3 for guards.

So this is the group I am considering:
Jolly, Ferguson, Getsko, Hernandez, Spadaro, Moyles.

Also thinking about calling up one more big in Nixon. Thoughts?
Its better to voice your opinion on the offsite since we can openly discuss skills there, but just giving your picks here works as well. Game is tommorow

Well, as I expected. We werent able to do it. We can still advance on PD though if we beat France and France beats Hong Kong. Extra effort did it for them. I was hoping our GDP will overpower that but not good enough. 2 PFs fouling out didnt help either
