Would love to see the boycott rethought, but for the time being, would love to see some leniency to teams that have just promoted and teams that face injuries. I lost my first game by 3 (after my star new addition got injured, luckily just for the game). A couple more of these close losses and I'm probably going to get boycotted since I can probably only compete with half the conference atm.

One win needed in ~7 games. I am sure you will get one!

3rd best player (and one of my trainees) in Utopia got injured for multiple weeks (happened also last season to my second best). Last season I started the league 0-8 partly because of it...

We also have seen people in the EBBL demote (after making the playoffs the previous season) because they got a 5 week injury their best player (by far) and other 2 injuries. I mean sure that's bad luck but it's obvious you're going to lose games if that happens.

The election rule:
In the case of a tie, the candidate who has been playing BuzzerBeater for longer is declared to be the winner.

should be changed to:
In the case of a tie, the candidate with a better world rank is declared to be the winner.

because it makes more sense.

In micro nations, it's normal for two candidates to both have 0, 1, or 2 votes, happened to me twice, and both times I've lost just because the other candidate is playing the game longer. This is unfair to all newer managers.

I have a minor suggestion: Training minutes shown in the player ad.

For example, I set training OD for PG this week. In case that the player on the transfer market while played for his current team at PG position, this will show the minutes for that training. This would help us to grab such player, so I could train more players than original plan.

Minor (or is it a major?) suggestion here.

Ease up on the skill drop-offs. The market now is as we all know, quite crazy. Teams are shelling out millions for players, in part because the talent pool has gotten smaller due to fewer managers.
Seeing as its a basketball simulation game, and players in real life B-ball does seem to age a bit more gracefully, i suggest making the drop-off curve a bit less steep, or maybe tweaking it so that some areas of the game aren't as affected. For example, older players tend to "drop" very little in passing, so the formula could be more forgiving in some areas (passing, 3pt shooting for example), while other parts of the game (say outside defence or shot blocking) requires more athleticism so maybe keep these drops as is?

This would prolong the life of players, and perhaps in a way cool down the market, making players competitive for a longer time. 33 is no age after all ;)

I agree with you in the passing or shooting thing. In reality those players even tend to improve on those skills to compensate those drops.
Probably tweak it in a way that some skils drop harder and others dont drop?
