yer I dont mean average players, I mean above average since its almost impossible for us to compete against other large countries like china etc. so might as well aim for a win instead of many mediorce seasons. Just have to make sure the players goes to the owners you can trust.

Yeah with all those points you raise up about playing 18 and 19 year olds in U21 NT games for extra experience just doesn't seem feasible.

The best way to go is to get the best crop of talent for that season and see what team can muster up. Looking at those stats on Jon Bogan it looks like he is already on the brink of making the U21 starting 5 at age 20.

I am even more excited to see that he has my old draft pick Wazza Tickle! By his salary it seems you have trained him quite a bit, well done. I thought he was really cool but I remember he had one horrible flaw which made me get rid of him. Fantastic work!
