It's way too early to say, but he has good fundamentals... I would suggest you to train him in Outside Defence more, cause it's better to do it now while he's young and speed of that training is still pretty quick... When he turns 20, 21, that training will be really slow... So, I would recommend you to rotate like this: 5 weeks Outside Def, 3 weeks One on One, 3 weeks Outside Shooting and 3 weeks Passing... And then again... And when his Outside Def reaches prolific or sensational (in 3-4 seasons) then you can train all of those trainings with same amount of weeks...
If you're serious about training him, this should work for you... If you want to sell him sometime soon, then please say so... Cause there are many managers who are trying to get their players into NT squad just to sell them for more money...
