I think this has been a pretty good discussion so far.

I hadn't really considered the fact that the low JS/JR would cause good chances to go to waste and basically automatic misses when he can't find a good pass as the shot clock expires. Hopefully, the high inside shot and driving will allow him to counteract this effect.

I really became interested in a player like this when I saw how successful USA Elite or whatever his name was that has recently promoted to DII in USA. I prefer a balanced attack, but some outliers are good for making specific attacks more powerful. PG is a position where I feel there wouldn't be much ID from opponents and I could possibly outmaneouvre practically any high salaried OD beasts with only an allstar potential player.

I was considering a SF in this mold, but I feel he would not be as valuable because you could basically put a stretch 4 on him and defeat him. He would pass well, but couldn't really generate points.

OK I thought of how I want to train him. The inside shot may take a long time but I will train my 18 y/o Center and 6'8 19/ y/o small Forward both of which have better skills then their salaries tell.
Outside D: 15(+8)
Handling:12(+6)
Driving:10(+3)
Passing:14(+8)
Inside shot:10(+7)
Inside D:10(+3)
If Crossing training and elastic effect does not effect train training much. What would the salary look like and is this possible? It's 31 pops, 2 less pops than the 15/15/15/15 od/id/pas/reb idea.

Show me a div V or IV team with 15 OD and I'll say this player is crap and shouldn't be trained. He's not in div II dude. He might have gotten better players by the time he reaches your level and face 15 OD, unless he meets a big team in the cup.

Did I EVER said something about the playeR?

If his driving was increased significantly and his IS raised to respectable, then I believe he would be a very good LI PG. However in any other offense he would suffer, including low post because he would shoot too many shots from outside...

Players like that don't work on this game.

He will shot sometimes (can't pass because of the OD monsters) and will miss everything.

Players like that do work in this game.....

I probably could show you, a lot of players with good passing and low jumpshot do terrible games, but please show me a player that can work in those conditions.
