Yeah, but you have to wait longer to put out the flames. Being that they are harder to flush out.

Anyone know where I can get a Santa suit for cheap? I saw one at Wal-Mart, but I didn't feel like paying 68-bucks for a suit I'm most likely gonna get drunk in at a party -- while acting like a complete jackass. I'll settle for an elf costume, too.

I guess you're no longer feeling like a rich girl?

Had a little time to kill, so will answer semi-seriously. Did a quick search and Party City has one for $35. Not sure what other chain store might be near where you live? You can get one for around that on amazon.com too. Or ebay for about $20 (make sure it doesn't ship from china though. otherwise might not make it through customs in time). Or roll the dice on one of these: (warning: companies below may or may not be reputable)

"Adult Disposable Santa Claus Costume" for $14.99 (I laughed at disposable being part of the name)
If you have a party or a charity event that requires you dress up as Santa Claus but you don't want to spend a lot of money or wear a hot, furry costume you will love our Disposable Santa Claus Costume.

"Cheap Christmas Green Elf Costume" for only $10.49

(they also have a santa suit *with* beard for $14.49. so $15 is probably a price point for cheap santa costumes)

That is some pretty great service. I'll have to remember this thread if I have any difficulty with my holiday shopping.

"Adult Disposable Santa Claus Costume" for $14.99

Dude. Freakin' hilarious! I had a good laugh. When I read this, at first, I was reluctant to click the link. I assumed the word 'adult' was implying XXX rated material. I thought to my self -- yeah, that makes since why they'd make it disposable; there'd be some concerning substances on that suit after usage.

In all seriousness, not a bad deal. Although, it Looks like it's made for a giant Santa doll rather than a person. Hah.

"Cheap Christmas Green Elf Costume" for only $10.49

lmao. Honestly, not a bad deal. I might have to reconsider... sexy indeed.

One of these losing seasons, I'm going to finally get lucky and draft a prospect with MVP, HOF, or ATG potential. I'm tired of these weak drafts. I've had two top picks and have selected the best possible draftee in each drafts (Liu, and Gosling). Seriously disappointing -- I trained them the best I could and only one of them had just barley enough skill to make the U21 team. Please, please, please be a good draft this season. I'm tired of mediocre draftee's, that is, when I'm actually putting money in and trying to acquire a good pick anyway. Damn the buzzerbeater gods. They hate me!

If potential is what matters most to you, I think you're better off buying a guy off the TL. The last MVP i drafted was with the 29th overall pick. That got me wondering, so I took a quick glance at those 2 drafts you mentioned:

There were 3 MVPs in the Gosling draft. One went as late as the 39th overall pick! The Liu draft looked to be almost devoid of high potential though. (quite a few announcers, lol). But a HOF guy was still taken with the 48th pick & preference of 37! That's right... the last pick of the draft & the team's 37th choice got them a HOF.

On the bright side, for most teams "all-star" potential is really all that's really needed for guards. Even just "star" potential can be a solid Division 1 contributor. As for D2... I won 20 games my last time here with an $11k player as my *only* option at SF. He may as well have been at "starter" potential.

Though I get the wanting of a higher potential player to turn a franchise type player. & the disappointment not getting one so far.

sigh... already have my main SG out with a 2 week injury. Now my backup gets injured 6 min into the cup game. And his backup for the game gets 5 fouls in the 1st half... as if my minutes needed to be messed up more.

GS training better work.

+1 ball. Damn, (for lack of a better word), didn't think anyone was going to take the time and look at each individual draft, haha! Good eye.

Well, unfortunately for me, when drafting, all I see is balls (no homo). Both Liu and Gosling had max potential and best overall skills according to scouting reports. Oh, well.

Also, I kinda have a thing for drafting my own players. It makes me feel accomplished. Plus the game manuel, correct me if I'm wrong, implied that drafting your own players earns you more revenue, because they're considered "local" talent.
