Question for all.
Will you maintain a roster database on the offsite? (somewhere that others can see the growth of players) I remember Kumiko sending me a message and congratulating me for getting more than 10 pops for my player. (I had no idea but it sure made focus after being reminded of the positive.) It is extremely hard to give an opinion if you do not know the players skills.
Sorry for the rambling post, the question is on the first line.
it's a very difficult question for me. i don't know what kind of the offsite you have. if it will be possible for me to do smth there... of course i will have spreadsheet on my pc which will be updated once a season (i hope u21 will not have time for more updates ))) ). as i said earlier there will be surveys about every generation so in the end/beginning of the season you will know about best players in every generation on every position. if someone wants to help me these updates and surveys can be more often then once a season. cause
You cannot scout guys during the season.
Your enthusiasm goes down when you dismiss a player.
You are only allowed 18 players on the team at once.
all these are wright but you can ask managers via bb-mail... and obviously this is needed. but it's very difficult to do for one person
For all candidates(since my last questions never got answered by Unicorns)... What does your ideal u21 sf look like? inside? outside? combo? please explain.. SF is so important in this game, especially if you want to run versatile offenses. I mean just look at last year's u21 world cup champion USA.. the guy they used as SF to win the championship had 13 jumpshot and 16 inside shot!!! his defense left lots to be desired, but depending on the oppposition, this presented big matchup problems, even if that meant drawing fouls!
so I look forward to your ideas of ideal u21 Small Forward ... good luck to all!! (not the ones who didn't take the time to do speeches though)
i very like combo SF. 85 points? 12-9-11-9-10-10-11-11. without RB and BS... smth like this maybe. but in ideal situation it is very good to have 3 SF. combo, inside (big with OD 8+, smth like 11-3-9-10-11-9-14-13. ) and outside (SG with ID 8+, smth like 13-10-13-12-12-9-5-9)
about other positions... every tactic need different set of the players. outside - Pass for the bigs, midrange - shooting for bigs, inside - IS for SG... in ideal: monster C (with Pass), outside accent PF, true-PG and shooter as SG. but not all of them will play in exactly game, cause every tactic need different set of the players
