Of course he didn't, you box of rocks, I was making an example that 127 TSP players with the right skills are not in that price bracket. I'm ready to bet real money that:
a) the guy you saw either did not have 127 TSP or did not sell for 800k or he wasn't 30yo
b) if he close to 127, he had extreme DR and HA, way beyond any other skill
This is the perfect chance to show me and put me in my place.

Note that he's already turned from a "guard" into a "more of a SF build", lol. How's that for quoting? Precise enough? See it's not me taking it out of context, you said guard, I was looking for guards, I told you what I was looking for (while looking for a good player) and that there was no 127 TSP player of that kind. It's a death spiral because of decreasing teams, decreasing trained players. The only way, right now, is to save FA as more as possible.

Or just maybe instead of trying to make the solution be dependent on people leaving the game (since that is, after all, where FAs come from), maybe instead increasing the supply of trained/trainable/playable players through other methods might actually be a better way.

Of course, whether that happens is a story with its own tale to be told. But if we ever reach a point where the only solution to problems that are causing people to leave require people to leave, the game's lost.

I hate to step in the middle of this because it looks like it might turn out to be really fun, but it's possible to have a mostly SF build and still be listed as a guard (especially a PG) even with low-ish passing. Which could possibly explain what happened here, though of course that's far less interesting than the discussion otherwise is.

wtf! Unbelievable! It means 5 millions at the end of a season. That's incredible considering how much players have been paid till last season. With these numbers is easy to be rich soon then spend 10 m in a season trying to win everything is possible.
Honestly I can't compete, the figures on my league are really far from your income.

The point is, the list values fluctuate radically since I started playing. I have had jokers like you who can:t run the list to save their life doubting what I find-

eh yeah, I pay my C 130k but he's worth more like 190k...both my guards are 70k and they are worth more than 110k guards...and yeah my SF is like 117 TSP and would be probably worth more than that 127 guy (assuming he's 127, because as I documented to you several times, you also have the tendency to use incorrect numbers when they can be checked, so I'd say it's safe to assume that you use incorrect numbers when nobody can confirm them).

if you look at the list UNFILTERED I think your impression of prices will change. If you only search for 18+ OD you will have a very distorted view of relative value of the list.

See, the difference between me and the wooden planks in my floor is that I understand that how much people make per week in absolute terms is useless to explain inflation, while what really matters is relative values. You highly successful tankatrons make 245k in Japan. Maybe the other guys don't tell you so they don't hurt your sensibility, but when you went away they were making 350k per week. I suppose 245k would look soooo bad in that context uh?

The same way, if I run the same searches (a number of them) on the Transfer List and I compare the results, I'm comparing apples with apples. Not only that, but the difference between someone pulling numbers out of where the sun does not shine and myself is that I do store the skills, price, age, potential, height and time of the players I'm interested in order to benchmark future purchases. I've got that info for over 1,500 players only for my main team. How many times do I have to ask you to post the skills and link to the player? Is it so difficult? Perhaps you're afraid that I will go and double check your numbers like I did regarding your arena, when I found out that either you did not understand you were using your sell-out number instead of the actual seats sold or you were flat out lying? Since you're fussy, tell me if you want me to quote on this, happy to oblige.

I'm also impressed that you honestly believe comparing 2700 players one day (the entire, unfiltered, TL) to 2700 the following week is an efficient way to spot patterns! Especially because you do so without even noting the skills/age/potential/height of the players but do everything via your own eye test (as you explained in one of your novels, shall I go get the quote???). Yeah if you want to extract meaningful information, why look at subsets when you can look at the whole lot!!!!

If you think you're successful, then perhaps you should ask your friend Marin to pull out the transfer history for this guy in S27: (276007), it will put your achievements into perspective. Also I think it's probably about time you come to terms with the fact that other people didn't need (and don't want to get) as much cash from transfers to achieve more than you did in your BB career. Oh yeah, I'm already bracing for the reminder that you beat Manon with Patient while managing U21. Please, shoot me now.
