When the national team games were created for the second chance qualifying, they were mistakenly arranged for Sunday instead of Monday.
Unfortunately, that message never managed to make it to me until about 15 minutes ago. I'm not sure at what point you guys started telling us there was a mistake in the schedule, but it sure would have been easier to fix all this if the problem had been noticed during the 5 days in between when we scheduled them and when they were run.
Since these games were run at the wrong time and, most importantly, without the enthusiasm reset, they obviously need to be replayed. I realize that some teams might have shown their hand with tactics; many teams instead used default tactics. In any event, the most equitable solution I have now is to replay the games at the correct times and after the enthusiasm reset. I will point out that anybody who is upset by this decision was one of at least 16 managers who in the last five days might have let me know there was a problem (I wasn't the one who originally scheduled these games), and that I did react within 15 minutes of actually being informed there was a problem.
The enthusiasm reset will take place in one hour, at 2:30 PM Boston time.
