Is it possible cross training isn't random, but goes to the skill with highest sublevel? Or have I been just lucky?
Any visible cross-training effect by definition is affecting a skill with very high sub-level.

Hello.
I already had 2 pops in OD when training JS for guards.
In one of them the OD poped from 9 to 10, on a player with 2,06 of height.
I had more cross training pops, but i think this one might be a useful information.
His 9 of OD was very high before he poped do 10.

Want a funny one? I was scouting teams that are about to go bot as the India U21 coach looking for players to save and I found this:

Agha's owner has never logged in as far as I can tell so has been doing team training for Game Shape all this time but Agha has randomly gotten his 10% redistribution to SB, just what a 5'11" SG needs.

28/10/2011 Stamina for Team Training

1. Silviu Ploiesteanu ↑popped↑ in Rebounding from tremendous to wondrous .
Silviu Ploiesteanu ↑popped↑ in Stamina from mediocre to average .

This player is capped since long time ago and received many rebounding trainings. Sadly, I don't remember how many, at least 8 anyway.

2. Alexandru Raduta ↑popped↑ in Handling from respectable to strong .
Alexandru Raduta ↑popped↑ in Stamina from pitiful to awful .
