I would train JS to prolific first, then passing to prolific.

How to sinchronize training for this two players?
One is PG and other have better skills for the SG....

Age: 18
Height: 6'0" / 183 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: mediocre ↑ Handling: strong
Driving: mediocre Passing: strong
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: awful ↑
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: awful Free Throw: strong

Age: 18
Height: 6'0" / 183 cm
Potential: MVP

Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: mediocre ↑ Handling: awful
Driving: strong Passing: average
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: atrocious
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: average Free Throw: pitiful

For example...for the first player i wan tto train passing, but for the second is not so important for now.

I would train their OD to prolific first for both of them, and then proceed by training Handling for three more points. Jump Range and Jump Shot might be nice too. Passing and Driving might come last, and their JS is already quite nice for 18-yos.

You can train both of them parallelly, the second one will always be more of a SG than the first, so their relative roles won't change, and both will profit from all the skills you want to train either one.

I think OD is their first concern for now. Handling might be good, too, but Passing and OD training will take care of it to some degree.
