Enjoyed watching our 20s beat Venezuela's mix of 20s and 21s this morning.
On a personal note, didn't notice how much my guy was shooting until I saw the box score... what can I say, a man after my own heart. I really should fix his stamina though.

It was a fantastic result especially considering we didn't even have a PF. "The Truth" with a triple double in his first game on the U21s. Looks like he could follow in "Willys" footsteps as Fishy's next great U21 player. Don't know how he does it, cup trophies, ranked number two team in Australia, taking Whitebeard to the brink in the playoffs and still training U21 stars. I can't achieve any of those things and I know I am smarter than him.

Seems a bit of a waste for Williams to have Sensational OD, if he is to be played at PF in the U21s
Team balance I guess

Interesting 7 players, from memory all of them have Aussie owners and about half are still with the teams that drafted them.
A couple have gameshape issues which the new U21s Manager will need to address pretty quickly.
Gaurds look stronger than talls at this early stage and definately there is a spot for a PF or 2 in the team.
Team might be well suited for the forthcoming game engine changes
I like the idea of having a relatively small squad at the start of the season which allows room for those players who develop quickly and or for reinforcements to be brought in to cover players with Long Term Injuries or Poor gameshape.
Are there any high quality PFs or Centres that could be brought in.
If not then there might be a spot for Mllamas underage budding champion

is the highest salaried 20 year old PF. Bit behind all other positions.
Behind the 19 year old Sibbit you mentioned. He might be a Harry and be only PF in the squad as a 20 year old.

Second Team:
Redbacks
(26456486)
and
(26455741)
are higher PFs
What sort of skill set would challenge for a spot in PF position?

Sibbit and Mllamas other 19yo trainee, Wayne might both get a run.
See current Aussie U21 team member, Pierce is for sale.
Opportunity for another Aussie Manager to buy hin and get involved in the Aussie U21s

Wayne should get a gig if we plan on running some outside tactics. In inside tactics he is not so good.
Not sure on sibbit - depends on the quality of the other bigs out there. Though he'll be more of a sf by the end of next season.
