we will continue to monitor income on a global scale to make sure it is in alignment with where we put it.

if people give me more examples of things that people think are way off I will check to see if the prices shown make sense given the amount of revenue they actually received... but I think because I am not seeing an outpouring of outrage in this thread that most people probably think things are working ok.

I think the issue is not that some attendances are way off, it is that all attendances in arenas having more that 20,000 seats are just weird.

P.S. Well okay, you may think that the more people reporting the bug the more severe the problem is, but in my view it is not a good way of solving problems. (It is not a way at all.)

Edit #2: There is still bug with "rotation" in matches and there is nobody reporting it. Does it mean the bug doesn't exist, then?

okay you showed me one arena with >20K that you thought was off, i have shown you at least one sold out arena, I can find many more... in fact looking at all of tuesday's games played in arenas that have >20K capacity I find that there were 83 games played in "large" arenas. Of those 63 had >19K attendance. 75>15K attendance.

of those which had <15K in attendance, the vast majority were not in division 1, and most of those with very low attendances were in division 4.

So from a macro perspective, things don't look systematically out of whack, so any bug would have to be a very specific bug on one team, and given the way the new code is structured I don't see how that is possible.

Can you look at match income of first divisions teams with arena >20k and at match income of teams with arena between 18k and 20k, please?
Minimum, maximum and average value for both groups of teams should be interesting.

mins and maxs are not relevant because there are outliers always, but I'll give the range excluding obvious outliers

but the averages for >20K capacity is 485K (387-576) and the 18-20K capacity is 461K (394-504)

that all looks to me to be in line with what I would expect.

I understand people are suspicious cause there is a new formula, and even more suspicious because there was actually a bug on Saturday, and there might be remnant weirdness in Saturday's results, but Tuesday should have been perfect, and looking at all the data I can it seems to be fine. I think a combination of the old bug, plus the confusion because prices are able to be changed immediately are causing some people to be confused when trying to analyze the attendance versus price curve. Unlike in the past you can't trust that the price number on someone's arena page is the price they charged last game.

I was reponsible for Saturday's bug so I have felt a special responsibility to help look into concerns users have had, but I have now spent a considerable amount of time looking into these inquiries and am pretty confident nothing is wrong. I am going to focus my efforts on other areas, for we have other bugs/problems which definitely do exist and need attention.
