Jus need to know in qdvance when to expect thw trainees to hit the market.

As mentioned by Spaz, waiting for a team to become bot is a very slow process. I believe a team becomes bot after 6 weeks of inactivity. So those inactive from May should be bottified within the week.

But as stressed before by Ah Moi, there are also plenty of local 18yo players who are under active managers and can be negotiated to be put on the market if the price is right. Especially if the manager has no plans to train the player anyway.

So in summary, you can:
1. Look for your future trainees from active managers and try to negotiate a contract for the player to be transferred to your team.
2. Wait for the identified players to become bot and enlisted into the transfer market.

My advice, since we have so many trainees to choose from, review all the trainees and see if there is any trainee that you feel you MUST have.
If they all are about the same, then preferably you go for option 1 to negotiate a contract with an active manager. This way is much faster.
But just so you are aware, a good trainee price on the market can range from $200K to even up to $2M. So you should be aware that just because you have negotiated with an active manager to get a player at $350K doesn't mean you are guaranteed to get the player. You still need to outbid other interested managers.

But looking at your roster, you already have a fair share of trainees in your roster. Some of whom are also local. Why not just continue to train these players? As you said, you are a Tier 3 manager. So if you already have trainees, you might as well, continue to train them and use the money to expand your arena. Your current arena size is only 6.7K which is too small for Div II.

Hi, I think your trainees are good. The sooner you sell them, the higher price you'll get.

As for Ahmad Izwan Abdullah, he has good overall guard's skills but his JS is too low. So, it's good to give him some JS training.
I'm not sure about the 1-on-1 training though. If I were you, as soon as he gets his JS to 9/10, I'll train his OD (single pos) until 12. Then i'll turn to Passing (also single pos). You may then train HND on 1 pos, as I think Ahmad Izwan Abdullah will be over 20 by then.

1) JS training (2 pos) : With his height, i hope he can achieve 9/10 in one and a half season's time. At the same time, his JR, HD, DV and IS will improve too.

2) OD training (1 pos): 4 pops can be achieved before end of next season. ID, DV & HD will get better too.

3) PS training (1 pos): He should be 20 by now. Train his PS until at least 12. Should be within a season. HD and DV will be improved also. Can be considered in U21.

4) HD training (1 pos): 21yo and should now have JS:10, JR:9, OD:12, HD:8, DV: 9, PS:12, IS:8 at the start ofthe season. At end of the season, should have HD: 12, DV: 11.

If you are still having him at age 22, then train his JR/JS, so that he will have a balance of attacking and defending skills. Of course, a bit optimistic from me, but it can work.

Just a recommendation from me, you can do it your own way.

Cheers!

???? WTH! I guess TerFu usually set default lineup but because he revamped the whole team, his default team only turned up 4 people.

TerFu, what is your official explanation?

Wow, the few players you are going to sell looks pretty good. In fact all three seem to be better than Ahmad Izwan Abdullah (15028256) whose JS is only pitiful.

Anyway, it is entirely up to you. But you need to know that having an outside skill at pitiful will take extra effort.

But if you do plan to train him, you need to make sure your other trainee's weakness is also similar skill. For your case, will be Jump Shot.
It will be hard for you to train if your other trainee's JS is respectable and JR at pitiful.

Haha, I just hope that Ginakia is bidding on him to train for NT and not to sell him at a higher price :p
